Banana Monkey Hemp Protein Porridge

Cook Time: 10 minutes 

 

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup water

1 cup milk of choice

1 overripe banana

2 tablespoons Soul Seed Hemp Seed Protein (Natural or Chocolate)

2 tablespoons Soul Seed Hemp Seeds

 

Method

1. In a medium pot over a medium heat, combine the oats, water, milk and banana and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low to let simmer, meanwhile using a fork, smash the banana against the side of the pot until it is dispersed into the porridge.

2. Let simmer for 8 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the heat, stir in the hemp protein and serve. Top with extra banana, hemp seeds, nut butter and a drizzle of honey.
